Currently doing Keto to burn excess fat. Trying to keep muscle, and strength. But, we shall see how that goes! Currently down 5lbs, and I’m seeing a difference. I’ve done Keto before, had great results!

Do you count calories on Keto? Do you up your calories? I stick with the basics- eggs, whites, butters, protein powder, steak, asparagus.0
