Hi everyone, im very new here, i only started monday...have lost 4 kgs already..mkstly fluid ide say...what im struggling with tho is carbs and fat intake..it just seems i can never get under my carb nor fat % goal...everything seems to have 1 or the other in it, ive been eating clean and healthy since monday but am struggling as i guess we all do..what to eat..how to read labels etc... im enjoying lookong through everyones posts ...also wondering peoples opinions on taking photos... do they help/inspire ppl... im too scared to take my photo as im worried it might ruin my mind set and i may sabotage myself...

What are your thoughts on having a photo diary so to speak????

    You know yourself best, photo diaries can be good so that you can see your progress but can be demotivating for some. If you do it I would say do once a week or month - I prefer month so I can "see" progress.
