Hot in a week.

Hey guys,

Looking to set a short challenge for a week. Got fancy dinner plans on Sat 20th. So I’m going to do no carbs for a week. Approx 800-1000 calories a day and at least 60 mins exercise a day.

Tad extreme but it’s just for a week.

    I wanted to offer a brief explanation for closing this topic.

    c) Photos intended to glamorize extreme thinness will be deleted.

    d) Those seeking support in their recovery from eating disorders are welcome at MyFitnessPal.
