I made this by accident and it was amazing. I will try and do it again and measure.
I made zoodles.. cooked them in olive oil. Added Fat Free ricotta cheese, cooked it down a bit. Some salt and garlic powder and..bam.
It was creamy, garlicky and noodley.
I did it all by eye.. I think the key was simmering down some of the liquid assuring the creaminess.
