Hitting rock bottom!

I used to be in shape thanks to mfp but had an accident and wasnt able to work out since, I have put on so much of weight and haven’t been able to get back on track. Have tried many times and failed and now I cant even wear any of my clothes which frustrates me a lot! It makes me depressed but I have taken a step again to try and work it out and get back in shape. ladies please do help me id like to be friends with those who know what I mean and support each other. As I am too close to loosing my *kitten*!

    I know you're asking for lady-only friends ... but a small word of advice ...

    ... you can lose weight while bedridden. You do NOT need to work out to lose weight. Not being able to work out is no reason to gain weight.

    It's about calories consumed.

    I lost the first 60 pounds of my 80 lbs lost without ANY exercise at all. I just watched everything I ate ( and measured and counted calories). I ate no fast food etc. I did all this using a wheelchair and my walker, so yes, it CAN be done
