Sore abs! Send help!

Hey all.. i did a core workout yesterday for the first time in years and my abs are so sore ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ please send help!

    That happened to me and I had to back off and work on them a little more slowly. The exercise ball is your friend. The exercise where you are on your knees, leaned out onto the ball and rolling it away are a good way to ease into it. Roll it a little further away over time until you are stretching your arms out in front of you and then the heavier duty core exercises are easier to handle. I have back trouble and the floor exercises are pain factories. The ball is much easier on the lower back.

    That doesn't sound quite like the Swiss ball prone jackknife, but it reminded me of it, so I'm going to give it a shoutout as one of the hardest things I've ever done at the gym.
