    You look amazing, and I admire your success. I also love hiking, but haven't really tried trail running. You're so inspiring!

    I've seen your before and after pics on some other threads this summer, but I didn't realize you have been maintaining for 5 years!!! That's amazing and inspiring!

    Thanks! In my previously sedentary lifestyle, I never dreamed I’d ever think of myself as athletic or identity myself as a runner but it just goes to show... it’s certainly never too late to start! :)

    Thanks! I led a completely sedentary life up until age 38 and I’m now a believer that it’s never too late to start exercising! :)

    Yup! Long story, perhaps I’ll make another post about it, but essentially I run barefoot because I find it so much fun! :)
