Sore throat on Saxenda

Hi everyone

Today is Day 4 on Saxenda 0.6mg injection. This morning I woke up with a horrible sore throat and dry cough. I know this is one of the side effects. Has anyone else noticed the same? How long did it last?

So this is one of two recent posts about this stuff so I looked it up. The first thing is says is “with a reduced calorie diet and increased activity” may help some adults lose weight. Reducing how many calories you take in while increasing how many you burn actually helps every person lose weight without needing to inject anything. What’s the point of the drug?

dry mouth is one of the known side-effects - so that could lead to a sore throat; or you could potentially just be coming down with something

So what did it end up being ??? Having the same sore throat but after a month of use .
