6 weeks ago I started using this app and StepBet. I also am moving my diet towards Keto although it’s hard to get carbs down under 32 g!! But, I’ve dropped almost 20 lbs because of watching calories, walking 30+ miles a week, and keto. First week so far I haven’t dropped weight (gained 0.2 lbs - 😳🤣)! Some good meals along the last weeks path ya know. Anyway, hello!
