Hi,

This is a new account but I have been in my journey for quite some time now. Over the last 11 months I’ve lost 50 pounds. My goal these next few months is to really push myself and to be as consistent as possible. I’m looking for buddies I can chat with and for tips on exercising and meal planning. I have a horrible time getting in enough veggies and cutting out carbs lately so all tip are welcome :)
