Motivational prizes?

I'm trying to motivate myself to lose a few lbs and instead of rewarding myself with a cupcake or sweet I want to get something for myself. I want to get a little something after every 5 lbs but maybe something nicer every 10. I'm on a budget but I was wondering if anyone has any good lbs lost reward ideas? Or if you've used this method, what did you reward yourself with?

I reward both PRs and every 5 lbs lost, and I do think it's a good thing.
If I'm rewarding myself with something that DOESN'T help my goals at all, it's a nice glass of scotch.
If I'm rewarding myself with food but I do want to help my goals, I go to a butcher shop and get a nice cut of venison or bison steak, elk, duck etc
Another good reward is clothing that you really like...maybe you couldn't fit into it 10lbs ago, but you do now. I buy it, even if I only get to wear it for a few months before its too big.
Other things I reward with are stuff for my hobbies or just nice in general like an upgrade for my dirtbike or truck that's not totally necessary, a new fishing pole, a nice watch, new pair of sunglasses etc...these tend to be rewards for hitting big goals that took a few months work since they are a little pricier.1
