Fitbit Sync

Was not sure where to put this so if its wrong please feel free to move it. I have been using MFP for some time now and have recently decided to link it with my fitbit. The problem I have is when i try it add my fitbit to my MFP account it says that another account is linked to my fitbit and only one can be linked at a time, im not sure if i previously tried to link it and its still there.

I logged onto my fitbit account and revoked access to MFP so that there was nothing linked. Now when I try to add it to my MFP accound it comes up with the same error message, If i log back into my Fitbit account it shows that MFP is once again linked to it but it has the date and time of the linkage as right when i set it up, but it still does not sync accross and the MFP app says I have no linked apps.

Anyone got any ideas?

    You might need to contact MFP’s customer service.

    You will have to contact (send support email) to MFP - no way for you to correct this.

    Make sure to give your Fitbit account name so they can find the other MFP account.
    No need to guess, they'll find it that way.
