Backsliding

So after a year of losing weight (I'm a female who lost about 26 pounds), I ended up gaining it all back pretty mindlessly. I've changed my diet (I no longer eat meat) and I exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week. However I still haven't lost much... maybe one or two pounds. I've been doing this for about 3 months so far. Trying to lose weight the first time was really hard mentally, but backsliding and trying to lose again...a whole other type of discouraging. I guess I'm just curious to see how many people have experienced this and how do you stay motivated and encouraged to continue your weight loss journey? How did you overcome this obstacle?
