Hi there
Can anyone please advise me how many calories I need to lose (anything). I lost weight for a op a couple of years ago and think I averaged about 1250 cals a day - which worked but I'm now finding things harder as far as will power (and alcohol) are concerned. I'm a full-time office worker, I weigh 10st. 11lbs., I'm 5ft 2ins, and I'm 60 yrs. The only exercise I get is a 30 minute walk each day. Thanking you in advance. Amanda.

Put your stats in MFP, set it to lose 1lb and activity level as sedentary.
Log the walk separately.3
