If you will increase your protein during the day, you wont get as hungry at night. High protein/low carb dinner keep me full til bed.
almonds, light string cheese are my fav snacks!0 -
also high fibre foods with water or also containing a lot of water ar good0

I was going to say baby carrots too! I find them very filling. Also, Orville Reddenbacher (sp?) 94% Fat Free Smart Pop Popcorn. You can have the whole bag of butter flavor for 120 calories and the kettle corn flavor for 140 calories. Crystal Light also has a hunger satisfying drink mix (strawberry banana flavor I think) that is 30 calories and actually is pretty satisfying. Hope this helps!0

I use my WW filling food list even though I don't do WW any more. Here is the link:

I also vote for popcorn! It is a lifesaver for me when I just need to have more than a few bites of something.0

Oatmeal is very filling.0

For me a big salad of green leaf lettuce with tomatoes, cukes, carrots, feta cheese and lite dressing; can add a little broiled chicken or steak for protein. Can carry me for many hours.0

Fiber fills you - protein fuels you.
There are cereals and even yogurts with fiber now. For a fresh alternative look at this list:
