Pistols are one legged squats. The non-working leg is kind of held straight out in front of you. They are tough. It would be great if you could get a certified kettlebell instructor to give you one lesson to help you get your form correct. It's really easy to hurt your back doing kettlebells if your form is bad. If that's not possible, there are some terrific tutorials on you tube. One of my favorites is Lauren Brooks. She teaches you how to do all kinds of moves with kettlebells. You can just put her name in the search. Kettlebells absolutely give you a terrific workout in a short amount of time.0
