Looking to start or continue a fitness journey?

Hello all you MFP-ers out there! I'm starting up a challenge group with my friend & coach soon and I was hoping to have some people take this challenge with us! Here's the basic info:

- The challenge would involve planks, squats, lunges, and 'supermans' (lying on your stomach holding your arms and legs up)
- It would last for 30 days with rest days built in
- We're looking for a group of people at ALL fitness levels to join us in this.

What we're looking to do is build up a strong group of people who will help keep each other motivated. It's always better to workout with a buddy right? Well we want to give you TONS of buddies to work out with. Obviously you would be doing these workouts whenever you could fit them into your schedule, but we want to do our best to give you some awesome results in a month. If you're a beginner then we'll help you get started on your fitness journey. If you're advanced we'll help keep you challenged.     Sounds like something I would be interested in. When does the challenge start?

    this probably needs to get moved to the Fitness section. Getting Started isn't meant for group starts from my understanding.
