Hello everyone, I’m now in the 40 club and I’m striving for that elusive six pack that I had when I was a teenager. I have around 19% body fat and have started to calorie count to reduce it to just below 10. It’s a challenge and I’m not sure if I’d be able to maintain the look but here goes anyway
Good luck in your quest for what you strive for and enjoy the ride

Female, 46 years old and working hard to get it back! A 4 pack is more realistic for me, though. I've got a decent 2 pack at a 21 BMI (no clue on BF%) and know I've got another 10 pounds to go to see the 4's. I have been cutting with dilligence & determination and will continue pushing toward the goal.1
