I read lots of blogs and still don’t understand.
I cooked 332g (dry weight )of wholegrain pasta and don’t know, how many calories does cooked pasta have. 100g of pasta is 343calories.
Can somebody tell me how many calories does 332g of dry pasta have when cooked ? Please! Thank you x

If you know 100g is 343 (is that dry or cooked?) Then you can work out from that how much 332g is0

And you weighed 332g of dry pasta? And ate all of it? 343 calories ÷ 100g = 3.43 calories per gram of dry pasta X 332 = 1138.76 calories so round up to 1139 :O0

Then you have no way to measure how much you care unless you weighed it after cooking and after you ate your portion and search for a cooked pasta entry in mfp with the weight you are. I usually just cook how much I'm planning to eat if I'm doing it for everyone I'll do mine in a separate pan0

Search mfp data base for cooked wholegrain pasta0

332g of dry pasta has the same amount of calories cooked or not cooked.2

I don’t know how much weight does 332g of DRY pasta has when it’s cooked and how many calories does it have ? Please help me
You know the total calories of the pasta before cooking and adding water during cooking adds no calories so just estimate what proportion of the pasta you ate. If you left a third take a third off the total calories.0 -
For future reference when making pasta, weigh your dry pasta before cooking, then, after cooking, weigh all of the cooked (and drained) pasta, and calculate your portion from there. Say for example:
I cook 100g of dry pasta, and then after cooking, I have 250g of cooked pasta (because it has absorbed water). I know that I have room in my calories to eat 50g of dry pasta (~125 calories), so to find out how much of my cooked pasta will be equal to that much:
250g/100g = 2.5g <--- Each 1 gram of dry pasta has become 2.5 grams of cooked pasta. So, I then multiply 2.5 by the amount of dry weight I was planning to eat, which was 50g:
2.5 * 50 = 125g <--- So I'll put 125g of cooked pasta on my plate.
The key is to remember to weigh your pasta before and after cooking it, so that you can calculate how much you ate. For this particular meal, you can estimate using those numbers at the back of the package as long as you weighed your own portion of cooked pasta before eating it.1
