Would drinking 1 glass a day, in the morning harm my body with the amount of grams of sugar? It's from Apples so I would have thought it's a healthy sugar or should I just stick to drinking water in the mornings?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Nothing wrong with drinking juice if it fits into your calories and macros. Personally I would prefer to spend the calories on something more substantial because 1 serving of juice (1 cup... not 1 glass.. a normal drinking glass is about two cups so be careful on serving sizes and tracking) is not a lot of juice and does nothing for hunger. Just be sure to track it correctly if you are going to drink it since it can be easy to drink hundreds of calories without thinking.0
