Week 3 of using MyFitnessPal and working with a dietitian. Seeing what I'm actually eating and being accountable is helping tremendously. So far I've started increasing my exercise, making food substitutions and sticking to 1500(sometime I'm a little over or under)calories a day.

    The most important aspect in the beginning is adapting habits that promote a healthy weight.

    Remember to not make any drastic changes during this time. Small changes have a dramatic impact over time.
