Just saying hello

Hi everyone

I've been using MFP since January, have lost around 17kg/37lb, but have been on a bit of a weight loss plateau for a couple of months. I know I don't log as carefully as I used to so perhaps that's why. Sometimes I find if I have a cheat day etc, my weight goes down which is a little weird. I'm a pescatarian who eats a small amount of dairy, and I have to save calories for a daily chocolate fix :) I've tried various commercial diets in the past which worked for a time but then I got bored and put it all back on, plus some. This time feels a bit different (I hope) as I've learned much more about what I'm eating, and MFP has made it feel more sustainable.

Anyhow, just wanted to say hi :)
