Does anyone know how much a 30 minute weighted HIIT session will burn in calories??

You could just log it as circuit training for a rough estimate.
If you are using weights it's unlikely to be true HIIT, 30 minutes also seems unlikely for true HIIT as opposed to fast paced interval training with weights.8 -

I doubt 10% of "HIIT" is "true HIIT". I am in pretty good shape and I can't do more than a couple of intervals of what I consider "true HIIT".2 -
+1 to logging it as circuit training. Close enough.
I won't argue the terminology . . . but I agree with sijomial, as usual.2
