New goal!!

My new goal is to lose 85 pounds in 14 months, I want to be more healthy and happy with who I am and how much I have lose. Goal is 140 to 150. I want to lose 1 pound a week by eating healthy and exercising, having one day to eat something not so healthy but to still eat healthy. Also to reward myself with something small when get to one of my goals. First goal is to lose 10 pounds. One day at a time. It will take time but I am ready to change and to become more healthy and have a nice healthy body. It's not just a diet it's a life goal. I will love to be able to find and wear cute clothes and look and feel good in them. Also another goal is to drink more water.
I don't want to skinny I want to have a flat stomach and I want a tone body, I don't want to lose weight too fast and end up with saggy skin. good luck everyone on your journey!!! feel free to add me and help support me and I will support you back!
