I love watching youtube videos and follow quite a few but looking for more meal prep, recipes videos.

I just loved the Christopher Kimball era America's Test Kitchen videos. Now that he's gone, so is the magic. Still, very instructional.

There is probably a YT channel but I've always watched on the website.

My favorite youtube channel for meal prep is Mary's Test Kitchen. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOjOqr5SIDpgBssNz1XiVJw

She does vegan cooking but even if you're not vegan, there are some good prep and recipe videos. More importantly, I find her entertaining.
