Any healthy low carb breakfast ideas?

Eggs & bacon
Egg omelette w spinach, bacon, jalapenos
Egg & piece of cheese
Coffee- sprinkle of truvia, splash of sf syrup, 1 tb hwc
Those are the main ones I go to. Yeah, plenty eggs LOL

Eggs. Eggs with sauteed veggies. Eggs with cheese. Eggs with chicken and salsa. I love eggs!3

Plain Greek yogurt with berries, when you don't have time for eggs.
Leftovers... who says you can't lunch for breakfast?
Cottage cheese pancakes for weekends.
Best quality whole grain or low carb bread with avocado, sea salt, pepper flakes (optional) and a touch of olive oil... with a little tomato & cucumber salad. If you add a little salt to the tomato, it wilts and makes a lovely salty water for the avo and cucumber. (My favorite on a hot summer day.)0 -
This week I am doing a light English muffin, 1 butterball Turkey b’fast party, and a slice of American cheese. I toast the English muffin, heat up patty in microwave and then assemble sandwich with cheese. If I want to melt cheese, I stick sandwich In microwave for 10 seconds. It’s about 200 cals and I can eat it on the way to work, if needed.1
