I’ve never really used the friends function on MFP but a couple of people have added me recently and I think having people to check in with is the key to getting my motivation going again!

I’ve lost 38.5lb so far. Want to lose 84lb in total so I’m approaching halfway.

    🙋🏼‍♀️😊 38 from N.I Ireland. I've lost 34lb in last 3months and got a hell of a lot more to go. Would love to be able to check in with like minded ppl and exchange tips and advice and get some much needed motivation with regards exercise.
