Activity level?

I'm having a hard time understanding which activity level I should go with? Right now I have it set to sedentary, as I do have a desk job, but I go to the gym 2-3 times per week, and I'm always moving around on the weekends. I'm just really afraid to eat too much, I suppose.

Activity level doesn't include intentional workouts. Set it to sedentary, add your workouts as you do them and adjust after 4-6 weeks based on what's actually happening.3

You will notice that the descriptors make no mention of exercise...that is because you're not supposed to include exercise in your activity level with the MFP method. With MFP, you do the exercise and log it after the fact and then you will get additional calories to account for that particular activity. Your MFP calorie target is your weight loss target assuming ZERO exercise.3
