At the moment I've noticed I can eat a full bag of sugar snap peas or mangetout whilst sitting at work. I know they're good with regards to being low in calories / fat and being 1 of your 5 a day. I was just wondering, consuming a 160g bag in one day - would that be considered bad with regards to the intake of vitamin B?
Apologies for the stupid question (It's been a long day)

I'm no expert, but I don't think 160g of any vegetable is problematic. And B is water soluble, so unless you are supplementing megadoses I'd guess it's fine.
I don't think it's a stupid question but I've only had one cup of coffee so far2 -
Sugar snap peas have moderate amounts of B vitamins, but not enough to overdose on unless you are eating at least 10x that amount, and even then most of them are water soluble and will just give you very expensive urine.0

Agree with kimny72.
B Vitamins will be eliminated if you intake more than your body needs.
Eat the vegetables. They're good for you.1
