Hello all, My name is Michael 47 yo. I'm Learning how to control myself with food. I once use to weight up to 400 lbs. Had some heart problems and needed stomach surgery to help with my health. Lost over 130 lbs. then gain 40 back, So now I'm doing this the right way. I have been using Myfitnesspal for about 120 days. Just try to use the Samsung health app and found this to be more beneficial. lost 37 lbs using this and my Misfit Shine 2 to keep track of Calories in and Calories out!
