How do you log carrying a 20 lbs baby in a back soft sided carrier? How about a 35 lbs toddler? I am sure it is some sort of exercise. Lol

You should be able to put in walking carrying x amount of lbs.1

I log my babywearing walking as "Walking, carrying infant or 15-lb load".0

Well, if you were walking carrying an additional 20lbs would net you an extra 6 calories for every mile walked. (35 lbs an extra 10.5 cal/ mile)
Probably not significant enough to make a difference.0 -

Me too. My baby is over 20lbs, but that is what I use.0 -
I just monitor steps taken. I jog with a 30 lb plate rig and just track this as steps. The difference isn't enough to worry about. If you're logging manually just add a minimal correction.0
