Part 5 of a series, but in this one he talks about the characteristics of people who lose weight and maintain it. I found it useful.

As much as I love Layne, strictly in a science way 😘, nothing the NWCR has not told us unfortunately.2

Thank you for posting. I’ve been in miaintenance for 6 months after losing around 35% of my weight. It’s a daily fight to maintain. I’m doing all the things he lists, so it makes me hopeful I won’t gain it all back again!1

Thanks for that0

Hey this is an adult only website per the posted rules.

In this above link Layne talks about how he likes to use the F word and he states within 3 years 95% of all weight losses are fully regained by dieters. He does get into the science quite well and even talks about how the Leaky Gut Syndrome is real and how it causes health issues from leaked protein.
He mentioned he is going to have a chapter on the keto diet in his upcoming book. I am glad to see he has good science based mentors like Dom. I find Joe Rogan is an awesome host in that he actually lets the guest do most of the talking.
I did watch the full three hours plus several rewinds along the way. Layne, Dom and Joe were interesting to watch with a lot of good science mixed in.6 -
"put that cookie down now!!" I thought the video was pretty interesting. Especially the part about the TYPE of support you get. Definitely worth a listen for the 6 minutes.3
