I need motivstion to get back on track

Posting to remind my self how good I was doing before I jumped off the wagon -.-. So ... I began this journey at 208 back in afeb 2017 but my heaviest was around 225, I'm 5'6 so that's a lot. I got to 172 in november 2017 , but the Christmas hit and you now... Carbs called me. Now I'm back at 185😢 but hoping to go down at least to 170 or 165 by December ( I have been eating semi-bad) (not counting all my calories)
Any tips you guys can give me?
