Cardio While Bulking?

College freshman here. Trying to gain weight while also running 3 miles at least 2 days a week. Interested in joining ROTC, eventually military and the PT requires some running along with other exercises.

No biggie. Just eat the extra calories from the runs and track your weight progress to make sure you are gaining on average.
Cardio can effect strength gains from a energy and recovery standpoint which is only a portion of hypertrophy. Six miles or so might be a tad much for some who aren't at that fitness level yet, but hardly anything to worry about if incorporated into your programming correctly.5
