So I broke my right foot and will not be able to stand on it until it is healed. Any ideas for activity I could handle?

Swimming? Recumbent cycle? You should definitely check with your orthopedist before doing anything.1

Ask your doctor when you can start physical therapy, but my not a doctor answer is don't exercise until it heals because malunion of fracture will set you back longer than waiting to start PT.0

Recumbent biking (or any biking) requires weight bearing. Swimming doesn't have to but either way the OP should get some guidance from their doctor(s) and ask for physical therapy.1
