Gaining Weight

Hi i do not eat meat except chicken once in a while and i don’t like vegetables except corn. (i’m a very picky eater) i am under weight for my age. how am i suppose to get the nutrients and protein i need?

Have you tried different methods of cooking vegetables?
Maybe not your case, but very often when people say they don't like any vegetables they've only ever had them boiled or steamed with just salt.
All-in-one shakes, greens powders...1 -
I'm not keen on veg either, but they all taste great with melted butter1

Drinking calories is a good way to get a lot of cals and nutrients in one go.
Roasting vegetables made a world of difference for my husband who used to eat absolutely none.2 -
If this has been a problem for a while, then congratulations for taking steps addressing the issue!
I hope you will be open to speaking to professionals (nutritionists and psychologists) who can really help you. You can learn some things on the internet, but that only gets you so far.1 -
