The last 10 lbs

I have lost 50 lbs but I have gained back 10 lbs. So I decided to try this website out, I heard it from a friend of mine. So to start losing, I decided to join a gym and instead of focusing on losing the LAST 10 lbs, I am looking for a new hobby. And maybe the gym can help me with this.
Everyone knows the last 10 lbs is the hardest to lose, since I have been dieting for over a year, and stop focusing the last 4 months and not paying attention to what I eat. Stree Eating!
Need some support and ideas.:happy:

    perhaps you could set youself a goal. like running a half marathon or something like that? :-)

    Yoga is great with relieving stress! At least it is for me, and provides a nice metaphysical connection. Might help relax and calm you from stress eating. Bottom line is finding something you enjoy, be it yoga, or maybe zumba, kick boxing, cross fit....
