I’ve eaten around 3000 calories today and I don’t really exercise much, I don’t eat too many calories (between 1100 and 1400) on a daily basis - do you think this will change my body shape very much or make me gain?

Not unless you start doing it every day!0

Definitely not.. if you feel heavier, it's just water retention. If it eases your mind, i've been on holidays eating around 3500-5000 calories a day when my maintenance is around 1500 without exercise, so I can expect to put on just over 1kg of fat which I know I'll lose in a week anyway back on my routine. Although the scales day I've put on 4kg in 4 days, I know this isn't *actually* possible as 1kg fat = 7700 excess calories. Don't worry about it0
