Over eating

I’ve eaten around 3000 calories today and I don’t really exercise much, I don’t eat too many calories (between 1100 and 1400) on a daily basis - do you think this will change my body shape very much or make me gain?

Not unless you start doing it every day!
  • Definitely not.. if you feel heavier, it's just water retention. If it eases your mind, i've been on holidays eating around 3500-5000 calories a day when my maintenance is around 1500 without exercise, so I can expect to put on just over 1kg of fat which I know I'll lose in a week anyway back on my routine. Although the scales day I've put on 4kg in 4 days, I know this isn't *actually* possible as 1kg fat = 7700 excess calories. Don't worry about it :)
