Hope everyone is having a good day , i just got home from my workout
Does anyone else wake up then go straight to the gym? I do lol
Monday : 1hr upper body
Wednesday : 2hr lower body & abs
Friday : 1hr shoulders & back
I walk to the gym & back home which equals around 2.1 miles , after every workout i cool down with a 5-8mins treadmill walk/run i aim for 0.30-0.60 never for a mile while on cool down
I do 6.5 for 1min , drop to 1.2 for the next min then depending on how my legs feel 7.2-8.3 for 2mins then i finish up with a "mountain climb" of 15 incline / 1.3 speed & wide walking. This gives the final burn.
Its all in your mindset of what you can do but always remember basic moves like pushs up & squats go a long way , even if they get boring, just build your mindset up & you'll always keep going
Add me if you want or need any advice with anything.
Also something i kinda see is alot of new comers in the gym get freaked out when people look, build your mindset to where people looking at you is amazing, i usually end up meeting people or teaching them why i do a certain move this way, as we're all in the same ball part of becoming a better version of ourselves!
Have a good day y'all!
