Workout goal: walk dog 5 times a week/20 minutes each day. Run the stairs at work 5 days/ week. SWORKIT 3 times week.

Plan: Zumba once a week, walking my dogs 3 times a week to start, will do more as time goes on, and lastly no nighttime snacking.

Il weigh Tommorow for Monday weigh in but I predict about 153-155
Plan : Try to keep alcohol to a minimum. Increase my protein. Limit bad food. Drink enough water! To not be lazy and actually start excersising maybe 3 times a week to start.

I’d love to join! Today is my first day, my overall goal is to lose 50 lbs. 20lbs in 9 weeks sounds doable!
Plan: 10,000 steps a day, remain under 1,200 calories a day, go to the gym 5 days a week for an hour and a half, make healthier eating choices, and exercise my will power 😜1 -
Plan - Don't eat fast food, stay under 1000-1500 calories a day and proper exercise at least 3 times a week. Weight loss goal 12kg/26lb. Total weight to final weight 22kg/48lb.1

Same here and my recommended is to hit 1200 but lately my food intake is less then 1000 with 500 calories burned. It wont let me update my diary because it is too low, but honestly with what i eat amd the water i drink, by the end of the day i cant eat more. What do you do?0 -

(Only weighed in daily because I’m on another challenge of weighing every day for 10days.. I fully expect the scale to jump up allittle some days but I’m staying on plan.
I never really excersise but I’m trying to start slow as I have chronic pain.
Current loss 4/20
November goal :
60oz of water.
2X 15 minute treadmill per week. 2x 15 minutes home excersise.
No alcohol.

SW as of today: 73kgs
Plan: Track every bite that goes in my mouth.
Keep to 1200 calories unless I did a hard core workout and then up as needed but never more than 1500
Workout 6 days a week. 4 days of weight lifting and hit (Liift 4 by beach body) and 2 days of core/pilates
DONT FALL OFF THE WAGON!!
No alcohol for all of November.
Goal: 63kgs by Christmas!!
