I'm back at My Fitness Pal again. I signed up once before and never really put much effort into it. Since I closed my account I've gained 10 pounds and I should be going down not up. I have started to work out 3 mornings a week with a professional trainer and I'm getting more fit but I also must loose weight! I have one knee replacement and need the other one done and I'm rapidly approaching 60. Any and all encouraging words and support are needed! Thanks everyone!

You can do this. I just hit the 50 mark this year and the doctor gave me the lecture. I’m 45 days into my counting calories and down 23 lbs. I have another 33 to go. We can do this, cause we aren’t old, we are aged like the fine wine I can’t drink anymore.

I gained 25 lbs last year after a 40 lb loss 5 years ago, so depressing but I got determined to get off and have, feel so much better, you can do it. I am 65.
