I feel like I need to mix up my leg routine and need to focus on making my inner legs a little bigger. Any suggestions on new items to add to my work out routine? Thanks!

I'd suggest consistency, overload, and calories rather than variation and newness.
You'll grow your legs by staying consistent with your lifts and increasing the load/weight over time. Keep reps modest, and make sure you're eating enough to support muscle growth.5 -

Added to Chieflrg's query, in reference to your workout routine, I suggest you upload what your legs look like right now, your stats and what your idea of your ideal leg should be (specifically your ideal thighs). With those in mind, I believe members here will likely contribute variations of approach to best assist your efforts.2
