I’m trying to eat at clean as possible. What are some tips for squeezing in protein?

Chicken breast, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, venison, beef, pork, eggs... The list goes on. Not sure what "clean eating" has to do with it.9

I guess it really depends what your definition of "clean" is. I get most of my protein from chicken, turkey, canned tuna and salmon, greek yogurt, lentils and beans, eggs, and protein powder. I also get smaller amounts from whole grains and nuts.5

Depends on what you consider "clean". That's a vague, ambiguous word which means different things to different people.
Some of the suggestions above were good - chicken, lean cuts of beef/pork, turkey, fish, canned tuna, greek yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, skim milk and protein powder/bars are among my staples.2 -
What we need to say is, IMHO, eat more plants, lean protein, healthy fats, more fiber, and LESS HYPERPALITABLE ENERGY DENSE FOOD! Thus eating less calories in the short run. Hmmmmm..... Kind of sounds like what I see the fitness ladies pushing on YouTube.... Subjective I guess....🤔
**edit** Then feeling guilty after eating a cookie, then binging on the whole bag.0 -
My main protein sources are meats, seafood, eggs (particularly the whites for higher protein lower calories), dairy, and protein powder. Beans and lentils are also good sources.1
