Hi...hope all is well with everyone...all loaded and ready to go from tomorrow for a healthy start! Im no gym bunny and probably the most un sporty person going but love the outdoors...keen to hear from others too! In particular from the fellow gay community! Good luck all!!

The first covers accurate logging and some of the tools in MFP to help you make things easier. The second discusses caloric needs and setting goals. These are two of the most commonly-referenced threads on MFP; tons of people point to them as being sources of great info when you're starting out.
