I’m trying out some Hello Fresh meals, is there an easy way to log these or do I have to put every ingredient in one by one?

If your goal is weight loss, you need to put in each ingredient. Just like any other food, you should weigh and log the ingredients. This is the only way you will know for certain how many calories you are eating.

Are the calories listed on your fresh meal packages?

I thought they include nutrition info with recipe? If so I would just input that as quick add.

Search the name of the meal and HelloFresh. Many of the meals are already in the database

It shouldn’t be that much of a difference if you’re following their recipe.

Pre packaged things can be off by upto 20% better to be safe especially if you have a small margin for error
