I walk for 2 mins every day. Is that good or should I do better?

Well, not sure how much you are "really" moving, but 10,000 steps are about 5 miles. That is the recommended amount of walking you should be doing if you are able bodied.0

It depends on where you are health- and fitness-wise. If walking for 2 minutes a day is all you can do right now, then good work! Try working up to the suggestions that some of the other users have mentioned to make sure you're always improving.1
