Hello myfitnesspallers!
Just joined this site a little while ago. It will be so nice to mingle with those that have struggled with weight like me. I only have about 10 pounds left to lose (15-20 altogether but I like to set my weight loss goal in smaller, little goals rather than one giant goal that can feel overwhelming at times), and with calorie counting and exercise, and dedication, I'm confident that I can achieve it.
