Good Morning! I'm looking for easy, portable, make ahead breakfast & lunch ideas please. For quite a while I've been eating the same things....Breakfast: ff yogurt with sugar free maple syrup or a breakfast sandwich and for lunch: taco soup and 2 hard boiled eggs. I'm not big on sandwiches/wraps but I am open to a good one. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.
Thanks and have a great day!

For b’fast this week I have been having a light whole grain English muffin, Turkey b’fast sausage patty and American cheese sandwich. It’s easy to eat on the run and is filling enough for me.2

I'm on a protein oats kick for breakfast. Mix protein powder (whatever flavor sounds good) with unsweetened almond milk. I take it to work in a shaker. Add to old fashioned oats and nuke at work. Right now I've been adding pumpkin pie spice to the oatmeal and a few pecans. You can play with all kinds of flavors, chocolate/peanut butter, chocolate/strawberry, cinnamon/blueberry, etc, etc.
lunch - I smoke a bunch of chicken on Sundays. Then I make different things, a chicken wrap using a lower calorie tortilla, Laughing Cow Pepper Jack cheese wedge and some romaine, a chicken salad, or just with a side of steamed veggies or Bird's Eye veggie pasta.3
