Hello to all. My name is Keith. I just turned 50. I have used Fitness Pal off and on for years. I have a lot of problems losing weight. I just need someone who will check on me and encourage me to keep trying. it takes a week to lose 1 pound and if I smell a muffin, I gain 2 pounds. Recently, I have been doing the Atkins/Keto diet. It was working great, as I am diabetic and my blood sugars have been the best they ever have been. But, I am 4 weeks into it and hitting a plateau. As I read everyone else's hello post, I realize I am not alone. Together, we can do this
