Weightloss?

Can you just eat healthy and lift weights on a split program with two seperate days with cardio aswell like I have a program that has upper and lower days then following day is cardio and abs plus will I build up muscle mass aswel along with lowering bodyfat??I eat around 1500-1700 calories

Im male, 5 foot 9 inches current weight is 95kg I go to the gym for 1 hour each day with Sundays off for rest day.1 -

So is that a deficit for you? We don't know your statistics or activity level, although 1,500-1,700 would be a deficit for many people. You can use the tools on this website to determine how many calories you should eat.

If you're going to lift 2x per week, you should do a full body program...doing an upper/lower split 2x per week is more or less a waste of time.4

I train each muscle group twice per week1 -
You wouldn't build muscle mass in a deficit but you will retain the muscle you already have.3
